We employ our full suite of UX design services to help nonprofits deepen their understanding of the communities they serve, and translate that understanding into effective digital products that advance the organizational mission. In many cases, we may be able to offer reduced rates or pro-bono work for nonprofit organizations.
As with all our work, designing for nonprofits begins with the people on the other side of the equation: who are we trying to help, what do they need, what do they do today, what are the unique factors of their lives that need to be accounted for in any product aimed at helping them. We work with our partner organizations to align product strategy with how they operate, understanding that for most organizations suddenly hiring a big support team isn’t going to happen. Our nonprofit work is often focused on maximizing the capabilities of small, dedicated teams of people whose responsibilities might change depending on the day.
Through primarily pro-bono engagements, we’ve had the privilege of delivering significant value to our community. These engagements have spanned vastly different focus areas, including mental health, education, social services and philanthropy.
We are always looking for new nonprofit UX opportunities. Start the conversation and see how we can help.
